| Surah Ar-Rum (30:21) | وَمِنْ آيَاتِهِ أَنْ خَلَقَ لَكُم مِّنْ أَنفُسِكُمْ أَزْوَاجًا لِّتَسْكُنُوا إِلَيْهَا وَجَعَلَ بَيْنَكُم مَّوَدَّةً وَرَحْمَةً إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَآيَاتٍ لِّقَوْمٍ يَتَفَكَّرُونَ | اور اس کی نشانیوں میں سے یہ ہے کہ اس نے تمہارے لئے تمہاری ہی جنس سے بیویاں پیدا کیں تاکہ تم ان کے پاس سکون حاصل کرو، اور تمہارے درمیان محبت اور رحمت پیدا کر دی۔ بے شک اس میں غور و فکر کرنے والوں کے لئے نشانیاں ہیں۔ | And of His signs is that He created for you from yourselves mates that you may find tranquility in them, and He placed between you affection and mercy. Indeed in that are signs for a people who give thought. | Y entre Sus señales está que creó para vosotros esposas de vuestra misma especie, para que encontréis tranquilidad en ellas, y ha puesto entre vosotros afecto y misericordia. En esto hay signos para gente que reflexiona. |
| Surah An-Nisa (4:1) | يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ اتَّقُوا رَبَّكُمُ الَّذِي خَلَقَكُم مِّن نَّفْسٍ وَاحِدَةٍ وَخَلَقَ مِنْهَا زَوْجَهَا وَبَثَّ مِنْهُمَا رِجَالًا كَثِيرًا وَنِسَاءً وَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ الَّذِي تَسَاءَلُونَ بِهِ وَالْأَرْحَامَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ عَلَيْكُمْ رَقِيبًا | اے لوگو! اپنے رب سے ڈرو جس نے تمہیں ایک جان سے پیدا کیا اور اسی سے اس کا جوڑا بنایا اور ان دونوں سے بہت سے مرد اور عورتیں پھیلائیں، اور اس اللہ سے ڈرو جس کے واسطے سے تم ایک دوسرے سے سوال کرتے ہو، اور رشتہ داریوں (کے تعلقات کو بگاڑنے سے بچو)، بے شک اللہ تم پر نگران ہے۔ | O mankind, fear your Lord, who created you from one soul and created from it its mate and dispersed from both of them many men and women. And fear Allah, through whom you ask one another, and the wombs. Indeed, Allah is ever, over you, an Observer. | ¡Oh humanidad! Temed a vuestro Señor, que os creó de un solo ser y de él creó a su pareja, y de ambos hizo surgir muchos hombres y mujeres. Temed a Dios, en cuyo nombre os pedís unos a otros [vuestros derechos], y respetad los lazos de parentesco. En verdad, Dios os observa constantemente. |
| Surah An-Nahl (16:72) | وَاللَّهُ جَعَلَ لَكُم مِّنْ أَنفُسِكُمْ أَزْوَاجًا وَجَعَلَ لَكُم مِّنْ أَزْوَاجِكُم بَنِينَ وَحَفَدَةً وَرَزَقَكُم مِّنَ الطَّيِّبَاتِ أَفَبِالْبَاطِلِ يُؤْمِنُونَ وَبِنِعْمَةِ اللَّهِ هُمْ يَكْفُرُونَ | اور اللہ نے تمہارے لئے تمہاری ہی جنس سے بیویاں بنائیں اور تمہاری بیویوں سے تمہیں بیٹے اور پوتے عطا کیے، اور تمہیں پاکیزہ چیزوں سے رزق دیا۔ پھر کیا وہ باطل پر ایمان لاتے ہیں اور اللہ کی نعمت کا انکار کرتے ہیں؟ | And Allah has made for you from yourselves mates and has made for you from your mates sons and grandchildren and has provided for you from the good things. Then is it in falsehood that they believe and in the favor of Allah they disbelieve? | Y Dios ha hecho para vosotros esposas de vuestra misma especie, y de vuestras esposas os ha dado hijos y nietos, y os ha proveído de bienes lícitos. ¿Acaso creen en lo falso y niegan los favores de Dios? |
