Qur’anic Ayat on Calling Names / Mocking / Insulting – It’s Hukum so don’t take it lightly n please avoid it.

49:11 → Direct prohibition:

• No mocking
• No insulting
• ❗ No calling people by bad nicknames.

Conclusion

The Qur’an clearly forbids mocking, insulting, labeling, and calling people by offensive names, and treats it as a serious moral and spiritual violation.

49:11	يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ لَا يَسْخَرْ قَوْمٌۭ مِّن قَوْمٍ عَسَىٰٓ أَن يَكُونُوا۟ خَيْرًۭا مِّنْهُمْ وَلَا نِسَآءٌۭ مِّن نِّسَآءٍ عَسَىٰٓ أَن يَكُنَّ خَيْرًۭا مِّنْهُنَّ ۖ وَلَا تَلْمِزُوٓا۟ أَنفُسَكُمْ وَلَا تَنَابَزُوا۟ بِٱلْأَلْقَٰبِ ۖ بِئْسَ ٱلِٱسْمُ ٱلْفُسُوقُ بَعْدَ ٱلْإِيمَٰنِ ۚ وَمَن لَّمْ يَتُبْ فَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلظَّٰلِمُونَ	O you who believe! Let not one group mock another; it may be that they are better than them. Nor let women mock other women; it may be that they are better than them. Do not insult one another, nor call each other by offensive nicknames. How evil is the name of disobedience after faith! And whoever does not repent—such are the wrongdoers.	اے ایمان والو! کوئی قوم دوسری قوم کا مذاق نہ اڑائے، ہو سکتا ہے وہ ان سے بہتر ہوں، اور نہ عورتیں دوسری عورتوں کا مذاق اڑائیں، ہو سکتا ہے وہ ان سے بہتر ہوں۔ اور ایک دوسرے کو طعنہ نہ دو اور نہ ایک دوسرے کو برے القاب سے پکارو۔ ایمان کے بعد فسق کا نام بہت برا ہے، اور جو توبہ نہ کریں وہی ظالم ہیں	¡Oh creyentes! Que un grupo no se burle de otro, puede que sean mejores que ellos. Ni las mujeres de otras mujeres, puede que sean mejores. No se insulten entre ustedes ni se llamen con apodos ofensivos. ¡Qué malo es el nombre de perversión después de la fe! Y quienes no se arrepientan, esos son los injustos
