| Surah Al-Maidah (5:3) |
حُرِّمَتْ عَلَيْكُمُ الْمَيْتَةُ وَالدَّمُ وَلَحْمُ الْخِنزِيرِ وَمَا أُهِلَّ لِغَيْرِ اللَّهِ بِهِ |
Prohibited to you are dead animals, blood, the flesh of swine, and that which has been dedicated to other than Allah. |
تم پر مردار، خون، خنزیر کا گوشت اور وہ جانور حرام کیا گیا ہے جس پر اللہ کے سوا کسی اور کا نام پکارا گیا ہو۔ |
Os está prohibido el animal muerto, la sangre, la carne de cerdo y lo que haya sido sacrificado en nombre de otro que no sea Allah. |
| Surah Al-Baqarah (2:173) |
إِنَّمَا حَرَّمَ عَلَيْكُمُ الْمَيْتَةَ وَالدَّمَ وَلَحْمَ الْخِنزِيرِ وَمَا أُهِلَّ بِهِ لِغَيْرِ اللَّهِ |
He has only forbidden to you dead animals, blood, the flesh of swine, and that which has been dedicated to other than Allah. |
اس نے تم پر مردار، خون، سور کا گوشت اور وہ چیزیں حرام کی ہیں جن پر اللہ کے سوا کسی اور کا نام لیا گیا ہو۔ |
Él os ha prohibido solo el animal muerto, la sangre, la carne de cerdo y lo que haya sido sacrificado en nombre de otro que no sea Allah. |
| Surah Al-An’am (6:145) |
قُل لَّا أَجِدُ فِي مَا أُوحِيَ إِلَيَّ مُحَرَّمًا عَلَى طَاعِمٍ يَطْعَمُهُ إِلَّا أَن يَكُونَ مَيْتَةً أَوْ دَمًا مَّسْفُوحًا أَوْ لَحْمَ خِنزِيرٍ |
Say, “I do not find within that which was revealed to me [anything] forbidden to one who would eat it unless it be a dead animal or blood spilled out or the flesh of swine.” |
کہو: “مجھے اس میں جو میری طرف وحی کی گئی ہے، کوئی چیز حرام نہیں پاتا سوائے مردار، بہتے ہوئے خون یا سور کے گوشت کے۔” |
Di: “No encuentro en lo que se me ha revelado nada prohibido para quien desea comerlo, excepto que sea un animal muerto, sangre derramada o carne de cerdo.” |
| Surah Al-A’raf (7:33) |
قُلْ إِنَّمَا حَرَّمَ رَبِّيَ الْفَوَاحِشَ مَا ظَهَرَ مِنْهَا وَمَا بَطَنَ وَالْإِثْمَ وَالْبَغْيَ بِغَيْرِ الْحَقِّ |
Say, “My Lord has only forbidden immoralities – what is apparent of them and what is concealed – and sin, and oppression without right.” |
کہو: “میرے رب نے بے حیائی کو، ظاہر ہو یا پوشیدہ، اور گناہ اور ناحق زیادتی کو حرام کیا ہے۔” |
Di: “Mi Señor ha prohibido solo las indecencias, tanto las manifiestas como las ocultas, el pecado y la opresión sin derecho.” |
| Surah An-Nahl (16:115) |
إِنَّمَا حَرَّمَ عَلَيْكُمُ الْمَيْتَةَ وَالدَّمَ وَلَحْمَ الْخِنزِيرِ وَمَا أُهِلَّ لِغَيْرِ اللَّهِ بِهِ |

| Surah An-Nahl (16:116) |
وَلَا تَقُولُوا لِمَا تَصِفُ أَلْسِنَتُكُمُ الْكَذِبَ هَذَا حَلَالٌ وَهَذَا حَرَامٌ |
And do not say about what your tongues assert of untruth, “This is lawful and this is forbidden.” |
اور جو تمہاری زبانیں جھوٹ گھڑتی ہیں اس کے بارے میں یہ نہ کہو کہ یہ حلال ہے اور یہ حرام۔ |
No digáis con mentiras lo que describen vuestras lenguas: “Esto es lícito y esto es ilícito.” |
