| Al-Baqarah 2:177 | لَيْسَ ٱلۡبِرَّ أَن تُوَلُّوا۟ وُجُوهَكُمْ قِبَلَ ٱلۡمَشۡرِقِ وَٱلۡمَغۡرِبِ وَلَـٰكِنَّ ٱلۡبِرَّ مَنْ آمَنَ بِٱللَّهِ وَٱلۡيَوۡمِ ٱلۡـٔاخِرِ وَٱلۡمَلَـٰٓئِكَةِ وَٱلۡكِتَـٰبِ وَٱلنَّبِيِّـۧنَ وَءَاتَى ٱلۡمَالَ عَلَىٰ حُبِّهِۦ ذَوِي ٱلۡقُرۡبَىٰ وَٱلۡيَتَـٰمَىٰ وَٱلۡمَسَـٰكِينِ وَٱبۡنَ ٱلسَّبِيلِ وَٱلسَّـٰئِلِينَ وَفِي ٱلرِّقَابِ | Righteousness is not that you turn your faces toward the east or the west, but [true] righteousness is in one who believes in Allah, the Last Day, the Angels, the Book, and the Prophets, and gives wealth, in spite of love for it, to relatives, orphans, the needy, the traveler, and those who ask [for help], and for freeing slaves. | نیکی یہ نہیں کہ تم اپنے چہرے مشرق یا مغرب کی طرف کرو، بلکہ نیکی وہ ہے جو اللہ، آخرت، فرشتوں، کتاب اور نبیوں پر ایمان رکھے اور اپنے مال کو محبت کے باوجود رشتہ داروں، یتیموں، مسکینوں، مسافروں اور سوال کرنے والوں کو دے اور غلاموں کو آزاد کرے۔ | La justicia no es que volváis vuestros rostros hacia el este o el oeste, sino que la justicia verdadera es creer en Allah, el Último Día, los ángeles, el Libro y los Profetas, y dar riqueza, a pesar del amor por ella, a parientes, huérfanos, necesitados, viajeros y a quienes piden ayuda, y para liberar esclavos. |
| Al-Baqarah 2:215 | يَسۡـَٔلُونَكَ مَاذَا يُنفِقُونَ ۖ قُلۡ مَا أَنفَقۡتُم مِّن خَيۡرٖ فَلِلۡوَالِدِينَ وَٱلۡأَقۡرَبِينَ وَٱلۡيَتَـٰمَىٰ وَٱلۡمَسَـٰكِينِ وَٱبۡنِ ٱلسَّبِيلِ ۗ وَمَا تَفۡعَلُوا۟ مِنۡ خَيۡرٖ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ بِهِۦ عَلِيمٌۭ | They ask you what they should spend. Say, “Whatever you spend of good, it is for parents, relatives, orphans, the needy, and the traveler. And whatever good you do, Allah is All-Knowing of it.” | وہ تم سے پوچھتے ہیں کہ وہ کیا خرچ کریں۔ کہہ دو: جو بھی نیکی تم خرچ کرو، وہ والدین، رشتہ داروں، یتیموں، مسکینوں اور مسافروں کے لیے ہے۔ اور جو بھی نیکی کرو، اللہ اس سے بخوبی واقف ہے۔ | Te preguntan qué debéis gastar. Di: “Lo que gastéis de bien, es para padres, parientes, huérfanos, necesitados y viajeros. Y todo bien que hagáis, Allah lo sabe.” |
| Al-Baqarah 2:267 | يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ أَنفِقُوا۟ مِن طَيِّبَـٰتِ مَا كَسَبۡتُم وَمِمَّآ أَخْرَجۡنَا لَكُم مِّنَ ٱلۡأَرْضِ ۖ وَلَا ٱتَّبِعُوا۟ ٱلسُّوٓءَ ٱلۡقَلِيلَ | O you who have believed, spend from the good things which you have earned and from what We have produced for you from the earth. And do not aim at the bad [part] to spend, while you would not take it yourselves except with closed eyes. | اے ایمان والو! جو اچھائی تم نے کمائی ہے اور جو ہم نے تمہارے لیے زمین سے پیدا کیا ہے، اس میں سے خرچ کرو۔ اور برائی کی چھوٹی چیز کو خرچ نہ کرو جسے تم خود نہیں لینا چاہتے۔ | Oh vosotros que habéis creído, gastad de las cosas buenas que habéis ganado y de lo que hemos producido para vosotros de la tierra, y no deis lo malo que vosotros no aceptaríais con los ojos cerrados. |
| Al-Baqarah 2:273 | لِلۡفُقَرَآءِ ٱلَّذِينَ أُحۡصِرُوا۟ فِي سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ لَا يَسۡتَطِيعُونَ ضَرۡبًا فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ يَسۡتَعْفِفُونَ | [Charity is] for the poor who are restricted in the cause of Allah, unable to move about in the land, and the ignorant, who are constrained and reliant. | جو لوگ اللہ کی راہ میں محدود ہیں، زمین میں حرکت نہیں کر سکتے، اور عاجز ہیں، ان کے لیے صدقہ ہے۔ | [La caridad es] para los pobres que están restringidos en la causa de Allah, incapaces de moverse por la tierra, y los ignorantes, que están constreñidos y dependientes. |
| Al-Hashr 59:7 | وَلَا تَجْعَلُوا۟ أَيْدِيكُم مّغْلُولَةً إِلَىٰٓ أَعۡنَـٰقِكُمْ وَلَا تُبْسِطُوهَا كُلَّ ٱلۡبَسْطِ فَتَقْعُدُوا۟ مَلُومِينَ مَّحْسُورِينَ | And do not make your hands chained to your necks or stretch them completely, otherwise you will blame yourselves and feel regret. | اپنے ہاتھوں کو گردنوں تک بند نہ کرو اور نہ پوری کھینچو، ورنہ تم خود کو ملامت اور پچھتاؤ گے۔ | No encadenéis vuestras manos a vuestros cuellos ni las extendáis completamente, de lo contrario os culparéis y lamentaréis. |
| Adh-Dhariyat 51:19 | وَفِي أَمْوَالِهِمْ حَقٌّۭ لِّلسَّـٰئِلِ وَٱلْمَحْرُومِ | And in their wealth is a right for the beggar and the deprived. | اور ان کے مال میں سوال کرنے والے اور محروم کے لیے حق ہے۔ | Y en su riqueza hay un derecho para el mendigo y el privado. |
| Al-Ma’un 107:1–3 | أَرَأَيْتَ ٱلَّذِي يُكَذِّبُ بِٱلدِّينِ فَذَلِكَ ٱلَّذِي يَدُعُّ ٱلْيَتِيمَ وَلَا يَحُضُّ عَلَىٰ طَعَامِ ٱلْمِسْكِينِ | Have you seen the one who denies the Recompense? That is the one who repulses the orphan and does not encourage the feeding of the needy. | کیا تم نے دیکھا کہ جو قیامت کو جھٹلاتا ہے؟ یہی وہ ہے جو یتیم کو دھکیلتا ہے اور مسکین کو کھانا دینے کی ترغیب نہیں دیتا۔ | ¿Has visto al que niega la Recompensa? Ese es quien rechaza al huérfano y no anima a alimentar al necesitado. |
| Al-Baqarah 2:261 | مَثَلُ ٱلَّذِينَ يُنفِقُونَ أَمْوَٰلَهُم فِي سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ كَمَثَلِ حَبَّةٍۢ أَنبَتَتۡ سَبْعَ سَنَابِلَ فِي كُلِّ سُنۡبُلَةٍۢ مِّا۟ئَةُ حَبَّةٍۢ | The example of those who spend their wealth in the way of Allah is like a seed [of grain] that grows seven ears; in every ear is a hundred grains. | جو لوگ اللہ کی راہ میں خرچ کرتے ہیں ان کا مثال اس بیج کی طرح ہے جو سات کانوں میں اگتا ہے، ہر کان میں سو دانے ہوتے ہیں۔ | El ejemplo de quienes gastan su riqueza en el camino de Allah es como una semilla que produce siete espigas; en cada espiga hay cien granos. |
