| Al-Hajj (22:34) | وَلِكُلِّ أُمَّةٍ جَعَلْنَا مَنسَكًا لِّيَذْكُرُوا اسْمَ اللَّهِ عَلَىٰ مَا رَزَقَهُم مِّن بَهِيمَةِ الْأَنْعَامِ ۗ فَإِلَٰهُكُمْ إِلَٰهٌ وَاحِدٌ فَلَهُ أَسْلِمُوا ۗ وَبَشِّرِ الْمُخْبِتِينَ | For every community We appointed a rite of sacrifice so that they may pronounce the Name of Allah over the sacrificial animals He has provided for them. For your God is only One God, so submit yourselves to Him ˹alone˺. And give good news ˹O Prophet˺ to the humble. | ہر امّت کے لیے ہم نے قربانی کا ایک قاعدہ مقرر کر دیا ہے تاکہ (اُس امّت کے لوگ) اُن جانوروں پر اللہ کا نام لیں جو اُس نے اُن کو بخشے ہیں۔ پس تمہارا خدا ایک ہی خدا ہے اور اُسی کے تم مطیع فرمان بنو اور اے نبیؐ، بشارت دے دے عاجزانہ رَوش اختیار کرنے والوں کو۔ | Para cada comunidad hemos establecido un rito de sacrificio para que pronuncien el Nombre de Allah sobre los animales de sacrificio que Él les ha proporcionado. Vuestro Dios es un solo Dios, así que someteos a Él ˹solamente˺. Y da buenas noticias ˹Oh Profeta˺ a los humildes. |
| Al-Hajj (22:36) | وَالْبُدْنَ جَعَلْنَاهَا لَكُم مِّن شَعَائِرِ اللَّهِ ۖ لَكُمْ فِيهَا خَيْرٌ ۖ فَاذْكُرُوا اسْمَ اللَّهِ عَلَيْهَا صَوَافَّ ۖ فَإِذَا وَجَبَتْ جُنُوبُهَا فَكُلُوا مِنْهَا وَأَطْعِمُوا الْقَانِعَ وَالْمُعْتَرَّ ۚ كَذَٰلِكَ سَخَّرْنَاهَا لَكُمْ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَشْكُرُونَ | The camels and cattle We have appointed for you as among the symbols of Allah; for you therein is good. So mention the name of Allah upon them when lined up for sacrifice; then when they are down on their sides, eat from them and feed the needy and the beggar. Thus have We subjected them to you that you may be grateful. | اور ہم نے اونٹوں کو تمہارے لیے اللہ کی نشانیوں میں سے بنایا ہے؛ ان میں تمہارے لیے بھلائی ہے۔ پس جب وہ قربانی کے لیے کھڑے ہوں تو ان پر اللہ کا نام لو؛ پھر جب وہ اپنی کروٹوں پر گر جائیں تو ان میں سے کھاؤ اور قناعت کرنے والے اور مانگنے والے کو کھلاؤ۔ اسی طرح ہم نے ان کو تمہارے لیے مسخر کیا ہے تاکہ تم شکر ادا کرو۔ | Los camellos y el ganado los hemos designado para vosotros como símbolos de Allah; en ellos hay bien para vosotros. Así que mencionad el nombre de Allah sobre ellos cuando estén alineados para el sacrificio; luego, cuando caigan sobre sus costados, comed de ellos y alimentad al necesitado y al mendigo. Así os los hemos sometido para que seáis agradecidos. |
| Al-Hajj (22:37) | لَن يَنَالَ اللَّهَ لُحُومُهَا وَلَا دِمَاؤُهَا وَلَٰكِن يَنَالُهُ التَّقْوَىٰ مِنكُمْ ۚ كَذَٰلِكَ سَخَّرَهَا لَكُمْ لِتُكَبِّرُوا اللَّهَ عَلَىٰ مَا هَدَاكُمْ ۗ وَبَشِّرِ الْمُحْسِنِينَ | It is neither their meat nor their blood that reaches Allah, but your piety that reaches Him. Thus have We subjected them to you that you may glorify Allah for what He has guided you to, and give good news to the good-doers. | نہ اُن کے گوشت اللہ کو پہنچتے ہیں نہ خون، مگر اُسے تمہارا تقویٰ پہنچتا ہے۔ اُس نے ان کو تمہارے لیے اِس طرح مسخّر کیا ہے تاکہ اُس کی بخشی ہوئی ہدایت پر تم اُس کی تکبیر کرو اور اے نبیؐ، بشارت دے دے نیکو کار لوگوں کو۔ | Ni su carne ni su sangre llegan a Allah, sino vuestra piedad que llega a Él. Así os los ha sometido para que glorifiquéis a Allah por lo que os ha guiado, y da buenas noticias a los que hacen el bien. |
| Al-Baqarah (2:196) | فَمَن تَمَتَّعَ بِالْعُمْرَةِ إِلَى الْحَجِّ فَمَا اسْتَيْسَرَ مِنَ الْهَدْيِ ۚ فَمَن لَّمْ يَجِدْ فَصِيَامُ ثَلَاثَةِ أَيَّامٍ فِي الْحَجِّ وَسَبْعَةٍ إِذَا رَجَعْتُمْ ۗ تِلْكَ عَشَرَةٌ كَامِلَةٌ ۗ ذَٰلِكَ لِمَن لَّمْ يَكُنْ أَهْلُهُ حَاضِرِي الْمَسْجِدِ الْحَرَامِ ۗ وَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ وَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّ اللَّهَ شَدِيدُ الْعِقَابِ | Whoever performs ‘Umrah followed by Hajj must offer what can be obtained with ease of sacrificial animals. And whoever cannot find [or afford such an animal] – then a fast of three days during Hajj and of seven when you have returned [home]. Those are ten complete [days]. This is for those whose family is not present at the Sacred Mosque. And fear Allah and know that Allah is severe in penalty. | جو شخص عمرہ کے بعد حج کرے، وہ جو قربانی میسر ہو، پیش کرے۔ اور جو نہ پائے، وہ حج کے دوران تین دن اور واپسی پر سات دن کے روزے رکھے۔ یہ دس دن مکمل ہیں۔ یہ ان کے لیے ہے جن کے اہل خانہ مسجد حرام کے قریب نہیں رہتے۔ اور اللہ سے ڈرو اور جان لو کہ اللہ سخت سزا دینے والا ہے۔ | Quien realice la ‘Umrah seguida del Hajj debe ofrecer lo que pueda en sacrificio. Y quien no pueda encontrar [o permitirse tal animal], entonces un ayuno de tres días durante el Hajj y de siete cuando hayáis regresado [a casa]. Esos son diez días completos. Esto es para aquellos cuya familia no está presente en la Mezquita Sagrada. Y temed a Allah y sabed que Allah es severo en el castigo. |
| As-Saffat (37:107) | وَفَدَيْنَاهُ بِذِبْحٍ عَظِيمٍ | And We ransomed him with a great sacrifice. | اور ہم نے اسے ایک عظیم قربانی کے ساتھ فدیہ دیا۔ | Y lo rescatamos con un gran sacrificio. |
| Al-Kawthar (108:2) | فَصَلِّ لِرَبِّكَ وَانْحَرْ | So pray to your Lord and sacrifice [to Him alone]. | پس اپنے رب کے لیے نماز پڑھو اور قربانی کرو۔ | Ora a tu Señor y sacrifica [sólo para Él]. |
| Al-An’am (6:162) | قُلْ إِنَّ صَلَاتِي وَنُسُكِي وَمَحْيَايَ وَمَمَاتِي لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ | Say, “Indeed, my prayer, my rites of sacrifice, my living and my dying are for Allah, Lord of the worlds.” | کہہ دو: بے شک میری نماز، میری قربانی، میری زندگی اور میری موت اللہ کے لیے ہے، جو تمام جہانوں کا رب ہے۔ | Di: “Ciertamente, mi oración, mis ritos de sacrificio, mi vida y mi muerte son para Allah, Señor de los mundos.” |
