An-Nahl 16:79 (Birds held in sky) | أَلَمْ يَرَوْا إِلَى الطَّيْرِ مُسَخَّرَاتٍ فِي جَوِّ السَّمَاءِ مَا يُمْسِكُهُنَّ إِلَّا اللَّهُ ۗ إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَآيَاتٍ لِّقَوْمٍ يُؤْمِنُونَ | Do they not see the birds controlled in the atmosphere of the sky? None holds them up except Allah. Indeed in that are signs for people who believe. | کیا انہوں نے پرندوں کو نہیں دیکھا جو آسمان کی فضا میں مسخر ہیں؟ انہیں اللہ کے سوا کوئی نہیں تھامتا۔ بے شک اس میں ایمان والوں کے لیے نشانیاں ہیں۔ | ¿No ven las aves sometidas en el cielo? Nadie las sostiene sino Allah. En ello hay señales para quienes creen. |
An-Nur 24:41 (Birds glorify Allah) | أَلَمْ تَرَ أَنَّ اللَّهَ يُسَبِّحُ لَهُ مَن فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَالطَّيْرُ صَافَّاتٍ ۖ كُلٌّ قَدْ عَلِمَ صَلَاتَهُ وَتَسْبِيحَهُ ۗ وَاللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ بِمَا يَفْعَلُونَ | Do you not see that Allah is glorified by all in the heavens and the earth, and the birds with wings spread? Each knows its prayer and glorification, and Allah knows what they do. | کیا تم نے نہیں دیکھا کہ آسمانوں اور زمین میں جو کچھ ہے اور پر پھیلائے ہوئے پرندے سب اللہ کی تسبیح کرتے ہیں؟ ہر ایک اپنی نماز اور تسبیح کو جانتا ہے، اور اللہ جانتا ہے جو وہ کرتے ہیں۔ | ¿No ves que Allah es glorificado por quienes están en los cielos y la tierra y por las aves con las alas extendidas? Cada una conoce su oración y su glorificación, y Allah sabe lo que hacen. |
Al-Mulk 67:19 (Flight of birds) | أَوَلَمْ يَرَوْا إِلَى الطَّيْرِ فَوْقَهُمْ صَافَّاتٍ وَيَقْبِضْنَ ۚ مَا يُمْسِكُهُنَّ إِلَّا الرَّحْمَٰنُ ۚ إِنَّهُ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ بَصِيرٌ | Do they not see the birds above them spreading and folding their wings? None holds them except the Most Merciful. Indeed He is Seeing of all things. | کیا انہوں نے اپنے اوپر پرندوں کو نہیں دیکھا جو اپنے پر پھیلاتے اور سمیٹتے ہیں؟ انہیں رحمن کے سوا کوئی نہیں تھامتا، بے شک وہ ہر چیز کو دیکھ رہا ہے۔ | ¿No ven las aves sobre ellos, que extienden y repliegan sus alas? Nadie las sostiene sino el Misericordioso. Él todo lo ve. |
Al-An’am 6:38 (Birds as communities) | وَمَا مِن دَابَّةٍ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلَا طَائِرٍ يَطِيرُ بِجَنَاحَيْهِ إِلَّا أُمَمٌ أَمْثَالُكُم ۚ مَّا فَرَّطْنَا فِي الْكِتَابِ مِن شَيْءٍ ثُمَّ إِلَىٰ رَبِّهِمْ يُحْشَرُونَ | There is no creature on earth nor bird that flies with its wings except they are communities like you. We have not neglected anything in the Book; then to their Lord they will be gathered. | زمین میں چلنے والا کوئی جاندار اور اپنے پروں سے اڑنے والا کوئی پرندہ نہیں مگر وہ تمہاری طرح امتیں ہیں۔ ہم نے کتاب میں کچھ نہیں چھوڑا، پھر وہ اپنے رب کی طرف جمع کیے جائیں گے۔ | No hay criatura en la tierra ni ave que vuele con sus alas que no sean comunidades como vosotros. No hemos omitido nada en el Libro; luego serán reunidos ante su Señor. |
An-Naml 27:16 (Prophet Sulayman & birds) | وَوَرِثَ سُلَيْمَانُ دَاوُودَ وَقَالَ يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ عُلِّمْنَا مَنطِقَ الطَّيْرِ وَأُوتِينَا مِن كُلِّ شَيْءٍ ۖ إِنَّ هَٰذَا لَهُوَ الْفَضْلُ الْمُبِينُ | And Sulayman inherited Dawud and said: O people, we have been taught the language of birds and have been given from all things. Indeed this is clear فضل. | اور سلیمان داؤد کے وارث ہوئے اور کہا: اے لوگو! ہمیں پرندوں کی بولی سکھائی گئی ہے اور ہمیں ہر چیز میں سے دیا گیا ہے، بے شک یہ کھلا فضل ہے۔ | Y Salomón heredó a David y dijo: ¡Oh gente! Se nos ha enseñado el lenguaje de las aves y se nos ha dado de todo. Esto es un favor evidente. |
An-Naml 27:20–21 (Hudhud bird) | وَتَفَقَّدَ الطَّيْرَ فَقَالَ مَا لِيَ لَا أَرَى الْهُدْهُدَ أَمْ كَانَ مِنَ الْغَائِبِينَ لَأُعَذِّبَنَّهُ عَذَابًا شَدِيدًا أَوْ لَأَذْبَحَنَّهُ أَوْ لَيَأْتِيَنِّي بِسُلْطَانٍ مُّبِينٍ | And he inspected the birds and said: Why do I not see the hoopoe? Or is he among the absent? I will surely punish him or slaughter him unless he brings me clear authority. | اور اس نے پرندوں کا جائزہ لیا اور کہا: کیا بات ہے کہ میں ہدہد کو نہیں دیکھ رہا؟ کیا وہ غائب ہے؟ میں اسے سخت سزا دوں گا یا ذبح کر دوں گا یا وہ میرے پاس واضح دلیل لے آئے۔ | Y revisó las aves y dijo: ¿Por qué no veo a la abubilla? ¿Está ausente? La castigaré severamente o la sacrificaré, a menos que traiga una prueba clara. |
Al-Baqarah 2:260 (Birds & resurrection sign) | وَإِذْ قَالَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ رَبِّ أَرِنِي كَيْفَ تُحْيِي الْمَوْتَىٰ ۖ قَالَ أَوَلَمْ تُؤْمِن ۖ قَالَ بَلَىٰ وَلَٰكِن لِّيَطْمَئِنَّ قَلْبِي ۖ قَالَ فَخُذْ أَرْبَعَةً مِّنَ الطَّيْرِ فَصُرْهُنَّ إِلَيْكَ ثُمَّ اجْعَلْ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ جَبَلٍ مِّنْهُنَّ جُزْءًا ثُمَّ ادْعُهُنَّ يَأْتِينَكَ سَعْيًا ۚ وَاعْلَمْ أَنَّ اللَّهَ عَزِيزٌ حَكِيمٌ | And when Ibrahim said: My Lord, show me how You give life to the dead… He said: Take four birds, then bring them close to you, then place on each hill a portion, then call them—they will come to you in haste… | اور جب ابراہیم نے کہا: اے میرے رب! مجھے دکھا کہ تو مردوں کو کیسے زندہ کرتا ہے… فرمایا: چار پرندے لو، پھر انہیں اپنے پاس مانوس کرو، پھر ہر پہاڑ پر ان کا ایک حصہ رکھو، پھر انہیں بلاؤ، وہ تمہارے پاس دوڑتے ہوئے آئیں گے… | Y cuando Abraham dijo: Señor mío, muéstrame cómo das vida a los muertos… Dijo: Toma cuatro aves, acércalas a ti, luego pon en cada monte una parte, luego llámalas y vendrán a ti rápidamente… |
